MicroStation supports various links to individual elements using the Add Link to Element tool.

Bentley Map supports these links in Oracle Spatial projects by storing the value of the link in a column specifically designated for the element link. This column is defined using Bentley Geospatial Administrator. When a feature with a link is posted to Oracle, the value of the link is stored in the designated column. When a feature is queried from Oracle, it is recreated with the link stored in the specified column.
